We have a variety of massage treatments available at this location, all designed to help you have a more effective workout, recover from exercise, or for maintenance between workouts. However, we still cater to those who just want a relaxing massage!
Massage Treatments

Swedish Massage
    Therapy and relaxation come together in a Swedish Massage, which is one of the most well known styles of therapeutic massage.  We recommend having a 1hr treatment as often as possible for maintenance between workouts.
          $55/1hr   $40/45m  $30/30m

Deep Swedish Massage
    A heavier handed version of our basic Swedish Massage for those who enjoy deeper pressure and relaxation.
          $60/1hr   $45/45m   $35/30m

Deep Tissue Massage
    A focused massage that treats specific muscle groups with deep, therapeutic pressure.  This massage is recommended for aiding in the recovery of injury and to treat specific aches and pains.
          $65/1hr   $45/30m

Neuromuscular Massage
    A treatment, based on 'trigger-point-therapy' that eases the discomfort of specifically located aches and pains.
          $55/1hr   $40/45m   $30/30m

Shiatsu Massage
    A therapeutic eastern technique that involves finger pressure on mapped acupressure points in order to achieve flow and balance within the body. 
          $70/1hr

Sports Massage
    This treatment is designed to increase bloodflow to your muscles during your workout and to provide a more effective recovery.  It aides in flushing toxins built during excersize and reduces the risk of injury.  Sports massage involves a 15m warm up and 15m cool down massage.
 ~an accurate length of workout must be provided to your therapist for this treatment.
          $35/30m



(There will be a $1 per minute charge for any additional time beyond the listed treatment time.  Some treatments do not qualify for additional time.  Additional time not to exceed 30m on qualifying treatments.  ~ask a therapist for more info.)
 
Hands and Feet

Foot Reflexology
    The entire body is mapped out on the feet, and stimulation of each mapped area has a reflex response on the related part of the body.
          $20/25m

Hand Reflexology
    Just like foot reflexology... only on your hands!
          $20/25m

Hand and Foot Reflexology
    A thorough top and bottom reflexology treatment.
       $35/40m




Everything Else

Reiki
During a reiki treatment, the practitioner places their hands in a number of positions above the client's body, sending healing universal life energy wherever it needs to go in the body. Reiki helps to break up energy blockages within the body, allowing healing energy to flow again freely and stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. A Reiki session is done on a table, but does not require you to disrobe.

Aromatherapy
You can customise almost any treatment on the menu with your choice of essential oil scents.
    ~add $3 to your total treatment cost.





Gift certificates are available for this location and may be purchased there or at our home office.  Gift certificates must be purchased directly from a therapist and are only valid with a therapist's signature. 

Our Repeat Client program is available at this location.  Purchase 9 treatments and receive your 10th treatment free!  Basic Health and Fitness repeat client log cannot be combined with our home office repeat client log.  ~Ask a therapist for more details.
